*** INTERNAL *** Connector “Payload” requests from Professional Services Consultants, Partners or Customers.

Issue

A Professional Services Consultant, Partner, or Customer has requested a "Payload" / "Web Service call" for a specific document processed through one of the Connectors (Oracle Financials Cloud, Coupa AP, etc)  for troubleshooting purposes.



Solution

Obtain the following information:

• An example Document and Tracking ID, which has already been exported.
• The customer name and URL.

Once this necessary information is obtained, send this information via a task and a JIRA item to the Cloud Services Team.

Once they have provided the requested payload/Web Service call information, it should be sent back to the Consultant, Partner, or Customer via the case notes.
