Unique DocumentID when using database export connector in TotalAgility

Issue

Customers migrating from Capture to KTA would like to be able to use a feature present in KC similarly in KTA.

Within KC the customer uses the database export connector and maps the unique documentID value which is generated by the export connector and can be modified by using dbutil.exe /supporttab.
In KTA this feature is not available.

Solution

This feature has been previously requested but not yet implemented in Enhancement Request 749920:Unique DocumentID when using database export connector in KTA.

If this is an urgent requirement for your solution, please raise a Technical Support case so we can progress this request on your behalf and have it committed to a release.
