Complete activity or other buttons are not responding in Document Review or Validation

Issue

Users might encounter unresponsive buttons in Document Review or Validation. When they open the form for editing, the form control actions can't be opened either.

Solution

Delete the old form, and generate a new one through the Activity forms menu. Regenerating the form or creating a new one through that option might not be enough in this case.
