Incorrect French translation of "Amount" in error messages

ISSUE

When configuring a Field formatter of type Amount, the word “Amount” is translated incorrectly to French in error messages that contain the word when the browser language is set to French - this can be seen when testing the formatter at design time and during Validation at runtime:

The translation shows the word "Quantité" – the correct and accurate translation of the word "Amount" to French is "Montant" and it's what is expected to be seen when the language is set to French, but instead, the word is translated as "Quantité" which translates to "Quantity" in English.

It's only the error messages that display the incorrect translation - the correct "Montant" can be seen in the "Type" field under "Category" when configuring the formatter as well as within the "Type" column in the "Field formatters" menu in the Designer:

CAUSE

This was discovered to be a product defect and the following bug has been submitted:

SOLUTION

No solution or workaround available until the bug is fixed.
