How to upload database drivers to the RPA Management Console in Tungsten Cloud?

SOLUTION

Uploading drivers to the Management Console in Tungsten Cloud is disabled by default (for security reasons).

Customers or partners should create a Technical Support case to request that a specific driver be uploaded (and upload the jar file to the case).

Technical Support will work with Cloud support to check, whitelist, and upload the driver in the Management Console.
